・当店は週末（金、土、休み前）お席のみのご予約は出来ません（最低3品、ご注文ください）
・ご予約の4名様までのキャンセルは前日の営業時間（22：30）まではキャンセル料は発生しません。
※団体の場合は別に定めております。
・人数の変更は当日のお昼までに店舗留守番電話か、HPお問い合わせフォーム、ご予約のやり取りのメールにお願いします。
・メールでご予約の場合、こちらからのの『予約完了です』がない場合は予約はまだ成立しておりませんのでご注意ください。
・ご予約時間に30分以上遅れる場合は店舗（0859-42-3817）へご連絡ください。
・無断キャンセルの場合は料金の100％頂きます。
・故意に器、設備破損などの損害を与えた場合は代金を請求します。
・当店に損害・危害を与える（スタッフへの言動等）悪意のある書き込み等、損害を与える行為がある場合は、全力で対処し、お客様に責任を取って頂くこともあります。

- We do not accept reservations for tables only on weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, and days before holidays). (Please order a minimum of three dishes.)
- Cancellations made before business hours (10:30 PM) the day before will incur no cancellation fees.
*Separate regulations apply for group reservations. - Changes to the number of people in your party must be made by noon on the day of your reservation, via our answering machine, our website contact form, or the reservation email.
- If you make a reservation by email, please note that your reservation has not yet been confirmed unless you receive a “Reservation Completed” message from us.
- If you are more than 30 minutes late for your reservation, please contact the restaurant (0859-42-3817).
- Unauthorized cancellations will incur a 100% charge.
- We reserve the right to charge a fee for any intentional damage to tableware or equipment.
- We will take all reasonable measures to address any malicious comments or other behavior that may cause harm or injury to our restaurant (such as verbal or physical abuse toward staff), and may hold customers responsible.
