キャンセルポリシー
当店では、食材の仕入れ・仕込み、お席の確保の都合上、以下のキャンセルポリシーを設けております。ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。
■ 通常予約（1～9名様）
前日22:30までのキャンセルは、キャンセル料は発生いたしません。
前日22:30以降～当日15:00まで：ご予約料金の50％
当日15:00以降・無断キャンセル：ご予約料金の100％
■ 団体予約（10名様以上）
3日前22:30までのキャンセルは、キャンセル料は発生いたしません。
3日前22:30以降～前日22:30まで：ご予約料金の50％
前日22:30以降・無断キャンセル：ご予約料金の100％
■ 人数変更について
人数の変更は、当日12:00までにご連絡ください。
店舗留守番電話、ホームページのお問い合わせフォーム、または予約メールへの返信にて承ります。
※人数変更は、予約自体のキャンセルとは別に取り扱います。
■ 繁忙日・繁忙期のご予約について
週末（金・土・休前日）および、繁忙期・繁忙日（カニシーズン、年末年始、連休など）は、お席のみのご予約は承っておりません。
3品以上のご注文をお願いいたします。
※繁忙期・繁忙日は、予約状況等により当店が指定する日を含みます。
■ ご予約について
・メールでのご予約は、当店からの「予約完了」メールをもって予約成立となります。
・ご予約時間に30分以上遅れる場合は、店舗 0859-42-3817 までご連絡ください。
・ご連絡なく大幅に遅れた場合は、ご予約をキャンセル扱いとさせていただく場合があります。
・故意による器・設備等の破損については、実費をご請求する場合があります。

Cancellation Policy
To ensure proper preparation of ingredients and seating arrangements, we kindly ask all guests to observe the following cancellation policy.
■ Regular Reservations (1–9 Guests)
Cancellations made by 10:30 PM on the day before your reservation are free of charge.
After 10:30 PM on the previous day until 3:00 PM on the day: 50% of the reservation amount
After 3:00 PM on the day or no-show: 100% of the reservation amount
■ Group Reservations (10 or More Guests)
Cancellations made by 10:30 PM three days before your reservation are free of charge.
After 10:30 PM three days before until 10:30 PM on the previous day: 50% of the reservation amount
After 10:30 PM on the previous day or no-show: 100% of the reservation amount
■ Changes to the Number of Guests
Changes to the number of guests are accepted until 12:00 noon on the day of your reservation.
Please notify us by voicemail, through our website contact form, or by replying to your reservation email.
Changes to the number of guests are handled separately from cancellation of the entire reservation.
■ Reservations During Busy Periods
On Fridays, Saturdays, days before public holidays, and during busy periods or particularly busy days (including crab season, the New Year holiday period, and long holiday weekends), we do not accept seating-only reservations.
Please order at least three dishes.
Busy periods and busy days may also include dates designated by the restaurant depending on reservation demand.
■ Reservations
・Reservations made by email are confirmed only after you receive a “Reservation Confirmed” email from us.
・If you expect to arrive more than 30 minutes late, please contact us at 0859-42-3817.
・If you arrive significantly late without contacting us, your reservation may be treated as a cancellation.
・Guests may be charged for intentional damage to tableware, fixtures, or equipment.
